My name's Valerio (Sigma) D'Onghia, I'm a freelance computer technician.
When I was 13, I got my first computer. I bought it pre-built, but the seller did a bad job with it. This resulted in the computer quite frequently breaking, it sometimes refused to turn on, or Windows got corrupted due to the RAM in the computer losing connection during updates.
Over time, with all the problems I've been facing and the lack of proper support by customer supports, I did my own research on every problem, learning how a computer works and what certain errors mean.
At the age of 18, I built my own computer, which compared to my old one, worked way better and was able to handle the programs and games I wanted to use. I made a few mistakes here and there since it was the first time I built one, but I've learned from those mistakes and now know how to avoid them.
I've been helping others with tech problems since I was 14. I've fixed some of the most obscure problems, like games closing on their own without errors and computers turning off seconds after hitting the power button.
I provide: Computer and Android phone repair, clean installation of the Operating System, help setting up hardware, cleaning junk files/malware, guiding through component installation if I can't physically work on it myself and building customized computers (no shipping).
I'm available between 11am and 8pm CET from Monday to Friday, and accept payment via PayPal, Ko-fi, bank transfer and cash (if an in person job).
The price varies based on complexity of the problem and time taken to complete.
